What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. We offer a 30-day return policy.

When will I get my order?
Orders typically take within 2 weeks to be manufactured Our couriers collect shipments from the workshop once a week, with delivery typically taking around 2 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How are your products made?
All products are handmade with care, precision, and attention to detail. We focus on quality craftsmanship to ensure every module is built to last. Each unit requires around 60 hours of manual work to produce, so every piece is carefully made rather than massproduced.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional €50, which takes approximately 3–5 business days.

What materials are used in your products?
All materials are engineering plastics used specifically all enclosures and modules are manufactured from ASA. All clamps are manufactures using PA-CF (Nylon) or PETG-CF. Additionally some of our modules come with custom boxes those are made using recycled materials depending on the availability of our suppliers - usually they are High Strength PLA.
